I feel rather bad that whenever I post about the splendour that is The Tudors, I only ever seem to mention Jonathan Rhys Meyers, when there is a perfectly handsome Jersey boy playing his best friend, Charles Brandon.
So, to make amends, here is a photo of Henry Cavill, the new face of Dunhill, rather handsome don't you think?
The weather for my first week off work has been blustery and certainly not warm enough for me to take to my sunlounger, however, today the sun reappeared and looks like it will be warming up in time for me to turn relaxation into an art form and take to my bed, albeit the one outside, armed with several books, sunglasses and the odd glass of something tasty. Here's hoping.

Talking of lovely Jersey boys, I was watching a very old Bergerac earlier and John Nettles was pretty damn sexy in it!
Hope your sun lounger gets some use this weekend Debs. We can hope:-)
Enjoy!
Fingers are crossed for you for some good weather.
He really is rather lush. COuld you arrange for him to meet me at the airport? I'll be there at about teatime :0)
Enjoy your break - the sun's shining and if it could even just last until Thursday, I'll be a happy bean.
He's very cute indeed! :-)
Let's hope the sun keeps shining!
helenmh - I had an ex who had jet skis (used in Bergerac with Liza ?) and JN used to come down most days to ride them. He was very nice too.
lane - thanks, it would make a lovely change to be able to sunbathe.
jj - thanks, it's looking great so far.
spiralskies - if I could, I certainly would.
The weather is looking brilliant so far, hope you have a lovely time here.
annie bright - he is rather, isn't he?
He is gorgeous, Debs - I didn't know he was from Jersey. Any chance of you bumping into him on the beach?
Wow, he's a fine thing. Hope you got loads of sunning done, it's quite overcast here.
phillipa - unfortunately not, he's probably away filming most of the time.
yvonne - it's lovely so far, although I do spot a cloud on the horizon, dammit.
Well, I suppose I could lower my standards and give him a go...
In my dreams, naturally ;-)
Oooh, he's what I call broodingly handsome. Like Helenmh says, John Nettles was rather sexy in his Bergerac days.
Hope you're managing to read in the sun. It's raining here now, but We. Had. Sun. for most of the day.
Yes he is gorgeous! but I prefer Henry by far! didnt you just love the bit when he turned and bowed to Mary while she watched him leave Hatfield House! sigh..
tam - I wouldn't blame you at all.
pat posner - I woke up to rain this morning, but thankfully it's clearing up now. Not sunbathing weather though, typical.
motherx - oh yes! Big, big sigh when he did that, in fact I had to go out to a party last night and couldn't get the music from the series out of my head.
Ooh I say, what a fine looking gent! Think I need a lie-down myself now :o)
I'll have to get this series on DVD. I keep missing all the episodes on Foxtel!!
karen - he is rather handsome, isn't he?
christina phillips - I've recently bought the first series on DVD and loving it all over again.
He looks rather tasty!! I hope it comes on here soon....although hubby will probably complain that the only reason I want to watch it is because there are good looking men in it...and I won't be able to argue with him :-)
C x
carol - he is rather, isn't he? My husband doesn't watch this, but I won't miss it.
No, no, Carol, there's history and stuff in it as well, so it's prefectly OK to watch...
Oh-my-oh-my, is that what Jersey boys look like?
My goodness.
