It's Little Black Dress Day at Novelicious

Today it's Little Black Dress day over at Novelicious where you'll find my reviews on these two books:

Blue Remembered Heels by Nell Dixon, who recently won the RNA Love Story of the Year at the Romantic Novelists Association's 50th Anniversary Awards Lunch last week with her book Animal Instincts.

and Trick Or Treat by Sally Anne Morris.

Both thoroughly enjoyable books.

Blue Remembered Heels is such a great title isn't it? Loved your review of Trick Or Treat as well.

These books have such lovely covers, I'm almost tempted to change genre... but I do like my animated book cover, and I don't think I could give up on my detective now. A new story is coming up for her in book 2, plus a BIG romance in book 3... I wonder if I can persuade my publisher to give that one a cover like Secret Diary of a City Girl...

I'm never considered myself keen on romance books though I am reading Cally Taylor's 'Heaven can wait' and may be changing my mind. I'm off to read your reviews now.

Wotcher Debs - romance novels are not my thing, but just wondered how you are doing. What is planned for the weekend?

french fancy - I'm fine thanks and have just come back from the hairdressers having been made a little blonder. This weekend will be spent reading, writing my current WiP and going out for a couple of meals with my lovely family.

Hope you have a great weekend too.
