A few months ago I read Isabel Wolff's fabulous book, A Vintage Affair. It has now been published in the States and is a Barnes & Noble Recommend Reads Main Selection Title. Now, you can't come much more highly recommended than that, can you?
Don't you just love the two covers? The top one is the US version and the bottom one is the UK version. This is an excellent book and I can't recommend it highly enough.
If you want to know more about Isabel, A Vintage Affair, her writing tips, and much more, please read my interview with her here at Novelicious.
Enjoy

A great interview. Hm, I now want a shed and a basement in which to write. :)
Two great covers. I think I prefer the US one.
Oh, I've heard about this one! Must go check it out!
I've noticed that UK covers usually tend to be more 'cute' than American ones. Wonder why?
It's funny how they have different covers isn't it? I must check this book out. I wish I had a shed to write in too.
I want a dungeon! Love the USA cover. Great interview Debs :) TFx
I love this book, doesn't matter which jacket it's wearing.
You're right, the covers are gorgeous.
Thanks for the link - popping over for a look.

They're gorgeous covers. Think I prefer the UK one.
Not that I have much interest in clothes, but I love the bottom one particularly. I'd like to wear that for our gig on Saturday!
I like both covers but I think the American one works best for me!

flowerpot - Ooh me too. Gorgeous dress. x
carol - I wouldn't mind either dress to wear.
As a lover of all things vintage, I'm off to check this out!
Really enjoyed the interview, Debs - especially that Isobel would be freaked out by major rewrites and prefers to edit as she goes along.
Melissa - it's an excellent book and part of the story takes you back to something that happened in WW2, I'm sure you'll love it.
phillipa - thanks for saying so. Isabel is so lovely and I loved all her answers.
