Please Vote for The Plotting Shed (Shed of the Year 2011 Comp)
Some of you may remember that my shed was a Category Winner in the 2009 Shed of the Year Competition. Well, voting has now started for the 2011 competition and I'd be grateful (as will His Grumpiness) if you could vote for The Plotting Shed (aka Grumpy's Palace) HERE
Please feel free to leave a comment if you like. The public voting ends at noon on 5th June 2011, when the shed in each category with the most votes will go through to the judging panel (including Sarah Beeny and Simon Mayo) and one will be crowned Shed of the year 2011. The winner will be announced during Shed Week from the 4th July 2011.

Done! Go Grumpy's Palace!!
Voted. Good luck.
xxPat
Absolutely, Debs, off to vote now - it looks a wonderful plotting shed!
Done!
One question -- can you use it year round, really? Does it get cold? Do your papers, books get moldy (that's what happened to my stuff in my shed on Martha's Vineyard).
Good luck!
Vote done. Just seen your photos from Sorrento. I was in gloomy England last week so am green with envy. I adore Italy and can't wait for another trip. It looks fabulous.
Yup, I've voted. If only I could get some of the rubbish out and electricity in, I'd start using mine! I have visions of getting a little pot bellied stove like they used to have in Roma caravans - and I've already got a Lloyd Loom chair...
Done. I hope you win. =o)
Voted! I loved looking at all your photos. What a cozy writing space!
Thank you all so much for voting for the shed, it's much appreciated.
sue - I do use the shed all year round, apart from when it's extra cold and has been snowing as that gets just a little too cold. I haven't had a problem with damp yet, thankfully.
sheepish - sorry to hear your weather wasn't so good.
lesley - I love the sound of that little pot-bellied stove, especially in the winter months.
VOTED!! xx

Hi Debs! It is good to be back around again-- going to cast my vote for your shed now. It is lovely for sure.

suzanne - many thanks.
Done! Good luck, Debs!
talli - many thanks m'dear.
I, too, have voted for the Plotting Shed but I reckon my own dear little summerhouse which my husband built for me last year would give your plotting shed a run for it's money, har, har! However, it lacks your lovely pink Lloyd Loom chair, ahhh! But it has a sheld, an ornamental snail called Brian, and a little logo given to me by a dear friend which reads "Love Grows in Little Houses"

Margaret - thanks so much for voting for the shed, it's much appreciated. I love the sound of your summerhouse and should imagine it's a lot tidier than my messy space.
Marvellous and have just registered my liking! Good to be back.
Voted! Maybe winning will make Grumps a little less Grumpy... particularly if there are biscuits.
By the way, have awarded you a Versatile Blogger award, if you care to pop over to my blog and pick up the logo to pass forward (it's all very incestuous, so I apologise if you're completely fed up with it!)
jan - thanks so much for voting and for your comment.
jane - thanks for voting and for the award.
Grumps will look miserable however cheerful he is.
Done:)
casdok - thank you so much.
Zipping over to vote now :-)
Debs, I'd love to send you pix of my little summerhouse, which I think is quite pretty, but I don't have an email address for you. Perhaps that is intentional, as many bloggers have their email on their profile.

amanda - many thanks m'dear.
galant - I'll find your contact details and let you have my email address. I'd love to see some pictures of your summerhouse and wish mine was a bit more summerhouse and a little less 'shed'. ;)
Hi, Debs, hope you've been able to find my contact details. Then I can send you some pix of my little summerhouse. It's small but beatifully formed, har, har!
